Google Drive and Google Docs are a great way to create, store, access, and share documents!
Google Docs are an alternative to Microsoft's office apps like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Like other things Google, it's all free! You just need a Gmail account.
You can also import and store docs in Microsoft's native format, or convert them to a Docs format.
When creating new Docs, one thing to get used to is saving the file. You doon't have to! Just do any updates then close your browser. All changes are saved!
The other great thing is that with Google Drive, all you need is web access to login and access your docs. No more having to email your files around, or store them on a USB stick.
We have been using Docs and Drive for a while now and love it!
